Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Combine pickling spice, allspice, sea salt, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in spice grinder and work until finely ground. Store tightly covered.
- Step 2
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, zest, juice, and parsley. Store chilled until service.
- Step 3
- For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place in a bowl and toss with 1 tsp. Syrian Spice Blend to coat.
- Step 4
- Serve with 3 oz. lemon aioli on the side.
