Butter, melted 4 oz.
Gochujang sauce 4 Tbsp.
Chives, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Red pepper flakes (optional) 1 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare sweet potatoes according to package directions.
Step 2
Transfer sweet potatoes to the bowl of a food processor or stand mixer with a paddle and process until smooth. Add butter, gochujang sauce and chives to potatoes, fold gently until well incorporated.
Step 3
Place into serving container and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
