Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Combine crema and 1 Tbsp. basil. Chill for service.
- Step 2
- Whisk together in small bowl; black pepper, sea salt and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions and place in large bowl. Sprinkle hot fries with spice mixture and toss to coat. Place fries on a warm serving platter.
- Step 3
- Arrange strawberries over fries and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Serve with crema on the side.
