| Cheddar cheese, sharp, shredded | 8 oz. | |
| Sour cream | 3 oz. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Season chicken with salt and 1 Tbsp. black pepper. Add olive oil to a large skillet and sauté chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Reserve warm.
 - Step 2
 - Whisk together gravy, cheddar cheese and sour cream over low heat in a small saucepan. Reserve warm.
 - Step 3
 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add peppers and onions, garlic, celery salt and remaining black pepper. Sauté until heated through. Reserve warm.
 - Step 4
 - For each serving; plate cooked chicken breasts. Top with 4 oz. of pepper and onion blend, and finish with 3 fl. oz. of gravy.
