Who says you can't have Simplot Sweets® Vanilla Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries for dessert? These sweet fries are loaded with spiced marshmallow cream, tender graham crackers, and gooey chocolate.

| Sour cream | 1 oz. | |
| Pumpkin pie spice blend | 3/4 tsp. | |
| Graham crackers | 1-1/2 oz. | |
| Sugar, granulated | 1/4 oz. | |
| Butter, unsalted, melted | 3/4 oz. | |
| Simplot Sweets® Fries: Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries 3/8" | 40 oz. | |
| Hot fudge sauce, warmed | 5 oz. | 
Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Stir the marshmallow cream, sour cream, and spice blend together until well combined. Thin with up to 1 tsp. water if necessary. Place in a squeeze bottle and set aside.
 - Step 2
 - Pulse graham crackers and sugar in a food processor until in small pieces. Add butter and pulse food processor until mixture takes on the texture of wet sand. Set aside.
 - Step 3
 - For each portion, cook 8 oz. of the sweet potato fries according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish and drizzle with 1 oz. fudge sauce. Drizzle with 1 oz. marshmallow sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 oz. graham cracker crumbs.
