Sesame-Honey Dressing

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Blanch the haricot vert in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, chill and reserve. Meanwhile, preheat a non-stick skillet over very high heat, sear the tofu on all sides until lightly browned.
- Step 2
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sesame oil, tahini, garlic, honey and sesame seeds. Toss the haricot vert, tofu and dressing together just before service.
