Classic Mediterranean hummus with the addition of roasted red peppers—perfect with pita bread.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Step 2
- Line a half sheet pan with foil. Spread 32 oz. diced red peppers in an even layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 fl. oz. olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning pan once halfway through baking until roasted and lightly charred.
- Step 3
- Place 16 oz. roasted peppers and all remaining ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Purée until smooth.
