Roasted Apple Caramelized Bacon Flatbread

Bacon, cooked, crumbled 14 oz.
Brown sugar 4 oz.
Cranberries, dried 3 oz.
Thin Neapolitan pizza crusts 6 each
Cream cheese pastry filling, prepared 36 oz.
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb 60 oz.
Almonds, sliced 6 oz.
Caramel sauce 3 fl. oz.
Streusel topping, prepared or scratch 18 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine the bacon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Step 3
Place the cranberries in a small saucepan and cover with water, simmer over low heat until the cranberries plump. Drain cranberries.
Step 4
For each flatbread; place crust on pizza screen or parchment-lined pan, evenly spread with 6 oz. of the cream cheese pastry filling, 3 oz. of bacon, 10 oz. apples and 3 oz. of streusel (see below). Sprinkle with 1 oz. of cranberries and almonds.
Step 5
Bake the pizza for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle finished pizza with 1/2 fl. oz. of caramel sauce.
To Make Streusel Topping:
Combine 4 oz. flour, 4 oz .rolled oats, 5-1/2 oz. brown sugar, and 4-1/2 oz. butter. Blend with a paddle in a mixer until crumbly.
