Roasted Apple Caramelized Bacon Flatbread

| Almonds, sliced | 6 oz. | |
| Caramel sauce | 3 fl. oz. | |
| Streusel topping, prepared or scratch | 18 oz. | 
Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Step 2
 - Combine the bacon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
 - Step 3
 - Place the cranberries in a small saucepan and cover with water, simmer over low heat until the cranberries plump. Drain cranberries.
 - Step 4
 - For each flatbread; place crust on pizza screen or parchment-lined pan, evenly spread with 6 oz. of the cream cheese pastry filling, 3 oz. of bacon, 10 oz. apples and 3 oz. of streusel (see below). Sprinkle with 1 oz. of cranberries and almonds.
 - Step 5
 - Bake the pizza for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle finished pizza with 1/2 fl. oz. of caramel sauce.
 - To Make Streusel Topping:
 - Combine 4 oz. flour, 4 oz .rolled oats, 5-1/2 oz. brown sugar, and 4-1/2 oz. butter. Blend with a paddle in a mixer until crumbly.
