An impressive entrée salad that packs a visual and flavor-packed punch—with grilled flank steak, crispy peppered Simplot Conquest® Fries, and crunchy fresh veggies —all topped off with creamy blue cheese dressing.

Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Diced Avocado, Frozen 12/2lb 1 oz.
Black pepper, coarse ground 1/2 tsp.
Rosemary, dried, crushed 1/4 tsp.
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries 3/8" 4 oz.
Lettuce, green leaf, chopped 1.5 oz.
Cucumber, Sliced 1.5 oz.
Egg, hard-boiled, quartered 1 each
Cherry tomatoes, halved 1.5 oz.
Sirloin steak, seasoned, grilled and sliced 4 oz.
Blue cheese, crumbled 1/2 oz.
Blue cheese dressing 2 fl. oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Whisk together in medium bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Transfer fries to a bowl, sprinkle with seasoning, and toss to coat. Keep warm.
Step 3
Place lettuce on serving plate. Top with cucumbers, egg, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and steak. Finish with seasoned fries and blue cheese. Serve blue cheese dressing on the side.
