You get tender beef, flame-roasted peppers and onions and melty American cheese between toasty slices of bread. And you get it without standing in front of grill! These sandwiches are baked and oh-so delicious.

Beef, Philly-style, fully cooked 11 lbs. + 4 oz.

Pan release as needed
Bread, sliced, whole grain 144 slices
American cheese, reduced fat, 1/2 oz. slices 2 lbs. + 4 oz. 72 slices

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw beef under refrigeration.
Step 2
Preheat convection oven to 375˚F or conventional oven to 400˚F.
Step 3
Heat peppers and onions according to package instructions and drain well. Heat beef according to package instructions and drain well.
Step 4
Spray full-size sheet tray with pan release spray. Lay sliced bread on sheet tray, 4 x 5.
Step 5
To assemble grilled cheese; on each slice of bread place 2.5 oz. beef with a #8 scoop, 1/2 cup peppers and onions with a #8 scoop, and 1 slice of cheese. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread. Spray top side of sandwiches lightly with pan release spray to help with browning. Bake grilled cheese until bread toasts and cheese melts, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Bake fries according to package instructions.
Step 7
For service; slice sandwiches in half on the diagonal. Serve with 1/2 cup fries.
