| Swiss cheese, shredded | 8 oz. | |
| Parmesan cheese, grated | 8 oz. | |

| Green onions, sliced | 5 oz. | |
| Garlic, chopped | 1 tsp. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat convection oven to 350˚F.
- Step 2
- Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Step 3
- Prepare spinach according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly, squeezing out any excess liquid.
- Step 4
- Add spinach, green onions, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper to cheese mixture. Mix until the items are incorporated, scraping the sides if necessary.
- Step 5
- For each serving, place 9 oz. of the fondue mix in a shallow 6-inch oval serving dish. Place the dish in convection oven for 10-12 minutes or until heated and bubbly. Serve with crusty bread, crudites, or tortilla chips.
