Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Prepare the Normandy Blend according to the package instructions and chill.
 - Step 2
 - In a large bowl, combine vegetables, onion, tomatoes and green onion.
 - Step 3
 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
