We've loaded up our Conquest® Delivery+® Lattice Fries with all the delicious Mexican flavors—grilled chicken, jalapeños, tortilla strips, fresh cilantro and a creamy house-made Cotija cheese sauce with a little habanero kick.

Mayonnaise 1 lb.
Cotija cheese, crumbled 10 oz.
Limes, zested and juiced 2 each
Habanero pepper, stemmed 1 each
Cilantro leaves, cleaned 2 oz.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 2 Tbsp.

Chicken, grilled, prepared, cut into strips 2 lbs.
Feta cheese, crumbled 1 lb.
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Western Guacamole, Fresh 36/2oz 16 each
Jalapeños, pickled, sliced 1 lb.
Tortilla strips, prepared 4 oz. 2 cups
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw or prepare the corn and pepper blend according to package instructions.
Step 2
To prepare the Cotija cheese sauce; combine mayonnaise, Cotija cheese, lime zest and juice, hababero pepper, cilantro, salt and sugar in a food processor bowl and purée until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and store chilled for service.
Step 3
For each serving; prepare 10 oz. of lattice fries according to the package instructions. Top with 3 oz. of cheese sauce, 5 oz. corn and pepper blend, 4 oz. of chicken, sprinkle with 1 oz. of feta cheese, 2 oz. jalapeños, 1/4 cup tortilla strips and serve with a 2 oz. cup of guacamole. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges, as desired.
