Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Diced Red Peppers 3/8" 10 oz.
Simplot Conquest® Delivery+®: Clear Coated Tin Roof Fries 3/8"x3/4" 5 lbs. 1 bag
Gyro meat, sliced, warmed 2 1/2 lbs.
Onion, sweet, slivered 10 oz.
Feta cheese, crumbled 10 oz.
Kalamata olives, sliced lengthwise 5 oz.
Tzatziki sauce, prepared 20 oz.
Parsley, curly, chopped as garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare red peppers according to package instructions.
Step 2
For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place into a serving container. Top with 4 oz. gyro meat, 1 oz. sliced onion, 1 oz. of feta, 1 oz. red peppers, and 1/2 oz. Kalamata olives. Finish with 2 oz. Tzatziki sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
