Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Diced Avocado, Frozen 12/2lb 32 oz.
English cucumbers, peeled, seeded, 1/2" dice 20 oz.
Cherry tomatoes, halved 20 oz.
Red onions, peeled, sliced thin 20 oz.
Sesame lime salad dressing, prepared 16 fl. oz.
Basil, fresh, chiffonade as garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw mango and avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine mango cubes, avocado dices, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onions and sesame lime dressing. Fold together gently until well combined. Garnish with fresh basil chiffonade.
