Wide and crisp, nothing’s better with heavy dips than Conquest® Crispy Potato Strips. This lasagna dip impresses with marinara, Ricotta, Mozzarella, fresh basil and parsley.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Crispy Potato Strips 3/16" x 1" 1.875 lbs.
Ricotta cheese 1 lb.
Bolognese sauce 12 oz.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 10 oz.
Parmesan cheese, grated ½ cup
Marinara sauce 8 oz.
Basil, fresh 6 leaves
Flat leaf italian parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese and Bolognese sauce. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 3
In an oven-safe casserole dish, spoon the Ricotta mixture and spread evenly. Pour marinara sauce over mixture. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over sauce. Bake in a 350°F convection oven until internal temperature of 165°F is reached and cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven and let sit for two minutes. Garnish with whole basil leaves and chopped parsley.
Step 4
Prepare Simplot Conquest® Crispy Strips according to package instructions. Serve alongside prepared lasagna dip.
