Italian sausage, sliced 1/4" thick on bias 24 oz.
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz. 1 bag
Marinara sauce 12 fl. oz.
Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 1/2 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a large sauté pan cook sausage over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add peppers and onions and continue cooking until blend reaches 165°F.
Step 3
Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
