Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- In a large sauté pan cook sausage over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
- Step 2
- Add peppers and onions and continue cooking until blend reaches 165°F.
- Step 3
- Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
