Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- In a stainless steel bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- Step 2
- Prepare the vegetable blend according to package directions. Drain and chill.
- Step 3
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetable blend with the red peppers and jicama. Toss with dressing to coat. Just before serving, add the toasted almonds to the salad.
