Fuji Apple Fizz

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredient	Weight	Measure
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb	2 oz.
Lime, cut into pieces		for garnish
Sugar/cinnamon mixture (4:1) for rimming the glass
Maple syrup	1/2 oz.
Ground cinnamon		1/4 tsp.
Ginger beer	2 oz.
Sparkling apple cider	2 oz.

Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the apples and lime.
Step 2: Rim cocktail glass
Step 3: Add maple syrup, cinnamon and vodka. Strain into glass over ice. Press on apples to release juice.
Step 4: Top with sparkling apple cider and garnish with a slice of Fuji apple.
