Preparation Instructions:
- Prepare the cauliflower according to the package directions. Combine in the bowl of a food processor; cauliflower and next 6 ingredients (Ricotta through white pepper) and process until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with vegetable stock if needed. Stir in the thyme.
