Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Whisk the crema with the lime zest and juice. Set aside for service.
 - Step 2
 - Thaw avocado halves according to package instruction. Cut each half into thin slices.
 - Step 3
 - Prepare corn according to package instructions. Set aside for service.
 - Step 4
 - For each serving, lightly toast 2 slices of bread. Arrange 1-1/2 oz. of avocado slices, and 1/4 oz. corn on each piece of bread. Drizzle each piece with 1 tsp. lime crema. Season with Tajin, salt and pepper. Garnish with microgreens and flowers. Serve.
